Carton shortages and damages must be claimed with the carrier at the time of delivery. You must note the damages on the bill of lading at time of delivery and request inspection by the carrier immediately. Damages and shortages within the cartons must be reported to GR Motorsports within 5 days from receipt.
All products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from date of invoice. Warranty is voided on merchandise that has been welded, cut, drilled or modified in any way.
All items returned must be in original package. All returns are subject to inspection and must have an return goods authorization number (RGA) before shipping back. All returns shipped back will be freight prepaid at customers expense. GR Motorsports will replace or credit account on defects that are warranted. If item is credited, it will be at the price that exists at present time.
Any return merchandise cannot be accepted without a RGA. To obtain an RGA number you must fill out a form and contact our returns dept. All returns must be sent prepaid. GR Motorsports will not accept C.O.D. returns. Products returned must be in original package and not be damaged in any way. All returns will be subject to 20% restocking fee
Any will call orders and shipped orders must be phoned in or faxed to your sales representative one day before pickup. All will call orders must be a minimum of $200.00. Will call hours are 8:30 to 4:30 monday thru friday.
All drop ship orders will have a flat fee of $ 5.00 added.
